Mr. H. M. Kabir Hossain joined Jhalokati as Chief Judicial Magistrate on 30 November 2025. He is a member of the 4th BJS batch and his Service ID is 2010204162. After completing his education, he served as a lecturer at The Millennium University for one year and practiced law with the Dhaka District Bar Association for two years and nine months. His native district is Patuakhali.
He started his judicial career as a Judicial Magistrate in Barguna District. Later, he served as Assistant Judge in Barisal District, Senior Judicial Magistrate in Jhalakathi District, Senior Assistant Judge in Gopalganj District, Joint District and Sessions Judge in Meherpur District.
During his career, he received professional training both at home and abroad, including training in India.
